| Expensive spices are obtained upon completion of the Let Them Eat Pie quest. Having them in your inventory adds 50 lifepoints to all food items. The necklace requires a Crafting level of 32 to make, and adds another 100 lifepoints. | |

Remarks
A necklace of gluttony is created by enchanting a red topaz necklace, requiring 20 Smithing and 20 Mining for the silver bar, 32 Crafting, and 49 Magic to enchant.
Once you've crafted them, the necklaces can be useful early on where high healing food is not readily available. It is worth noting that the boosted healing this item provides ignores the cap on food healing imposed by your Constitution level.
