I exclusively did hellhounds/green dragons/revenants tasks once I had some points stocked up, and did all 3 in the revenant caves. You slightly profit slayer points doing just those three tasks unless you hit an unlucky streak. I used 2h melee in legacy for every task, though you could use EOC for hellhounds/green dragons if you wanted. If you're running low on slayer points, greater demons in the revenant cave are also a viable strategy, especially with darklight + an offhand melee weapon like necronium or bane. Each of these revenant cave tasks is boosted by the Glacor Cave bonus (which gives a 3% damage buff for 4 hours), so get that ahead of time if you have ROTM done.

As with normal wilderness tasks, it's nice to try and do them at weird hours in low population worlds. I did most of my tasks on the Portuguese and German servers. If you log out of the client, there will be a second "Runescape" button at the top left corner that you can click to change your client's language. Do that and reload the client to access those servers. Note that'll change all the language in the game, so you'll have to get familiar with the Portuguese/German words for hellhounds/green dragons/revenants.

'''Gear and Inventory Setup'''

Gear: I used full necronium with a bane +4 2h weapon, a defense cape, and then a series of necklaces depending on the task: dragon rider amulet for green dragons (with bone crusher); salve (e) for revenants; and split dragontooth for prayer sustain at hellhounds. I used a skillcape, though legends cape works too. Putting all amulets in your setup and then banking the unnecessary ones saves a bit of time each task.

Inventory: Besides an inventory of food and the emblem, I brought the following.

Grand elf seed pod: Good for emergency teleports up to lvl 30 wilderness, which covers every area except for the most northern revenants.

Wilderness sword: Quick teleports both to Mandrith and back to the revenant caves. This alone will save a huge amount of time running back and forth.

Revenant drop enhancer: You'll likely get a few of these during your tasks, they're handy for your revenant tasks.

Super antifire: I used one dose for each green dragon task. Not necessary, but helps to keep you at full health to be ready for PK attempts.

Melee/prayer brawlers: Again, handy to have if you get them during the grind. I used my prayer brawlers at green dragons for ~400 prayer XP per kill.

Preserved meat: You'll accumulate a large stack of these on this grind, and it's handy to bring 3-5 on your revenant tasks (which are the most dangerous of the 3 tasks).
