| Finding Oedipuss requires Tier 5 reputation in the Ports district. You can only use methods of reputation gain that cannot complete other tasks. As a result, all activities are off the table until their respective gems and insects have been obtained. Scarabs and Obelisks are fair game from the get-go. | |
