Mogres are weak to water spells and are fairly low level, so an air battlestaff should be adequate for defeating them.
Their uniques are very common in comparison to other Slayer creatures, so tasks should be short.
They drop a wide variety of raw fish, including sharks (useful for charging the Enchanted Lyre).
They can be safespotted by standing south of the spawning pool.
