Time-Gates

This article is designed to list time-gates that you may encounter during certain tasks, so that you can prepare them in advance whenever possible, rather than needing to skip and return later. Some of these tasks (such as herblore stockpiling tasks) can be worked on actively without skipping, so they are included only for the purposes of helping prepare in advance.

Time-gates are divided into task tiers and include:

• A description of the time-gate
• The tasks which depend on those time-gates
• The prerequisite skills or tasks needed before you can start working on the time-gate
  • (Prerequisites refer to hard limitations before the time-gate can be started; there may be further requirements to complete the time-gated activity. Normal limitations related to skilling, questing, and other unlocks also apply to time-gate prerequisites, so do not train any skills, complete any quests, or otherwise unlock anything unless allowed by an active task)
• Roughly how long the time-gate will take assuming you haven't started when the task rolls around
