- [Hotfixed] Updated Rule 2.d to better reflect our intentions with the rule.
- Added Rule 6.4 detailing the rules and expectations around the Wilderness Flass Events
- Changed rule 9.19.4 "Capturing Souls" to be a bit more relaxed

- Moved an unlock (PoH upgrading) from task to “Buy a chapel and construct an altar in your Player-Owned House” to the task to “Catch an exceptionally Big bass and mount it in your house” since the original task has been removed
