To make this easier, you can use one of several unlimited run energy boosts available in the game:

Globetrotter boots, buyable with 500 Treasure Trail points
Oo'glog Salt-Water Spa, which is available after completion of As a First Resort

Anachronia Base Camp Spa (tier 1 suffices)
Endurance relic power, unlocked through Archaeology
