Rule Changes

• Edited the subsection “Master clues” under rule #9 - Clues, detailing the course of action one must take during emote-clue steps.
• Removed the subsection of rule #10 - Skilling, called "Mining", and moved its contents into the new subsections "Crafting" and "Smithing".

Unlocks

• Added an unlock to each of the expert skill cape tasks,
• Updated an unlock to the task to "Receive the permanent boost from the Boon of flickering energy", allowing you to utilize the energies you have the level for, rather than having to wait for the unlock for a specific energy.
• Added an unlock to the task to "Obtain and attach a Herbicide to your toolbelt", allowing you to clean your herbs whenever.
• Deleted all the group boss unlocks, as they have become superfluous, since you no longer need to roll a group boss task, to be allowed to work on said group boss.
