| The ability to make a pontifex observation ring is unlocked on completion of Azzanadra's Quest. It requires a pontifex signet ring, the blank observation and a lapis lazuli gem to make. After completion of the City of Senntisten quest, the ring can then be upgraded to its shadow version by adding a cut dragonstone on an Archaeologist's workbench. | |
