Zaida can be found south of the Grand Exchange, just outside of the walls. While here, you can grab a Treasure Trail Collection Log which will assist in keeping track of your current collection of treasure trail items for future tasks. Zaida is also useful in downgrading clues. One popular method of gathering medium clues, for example, is to kill hellhounds for a 1/64 hard clue rate, and downgrading to medium.
