Rule Changes

Addition to rule #2

"Tasks requiring you to get to a certain XP-milestone with no further actions are never a roadblock, when it comes to picking a method or activity. Furthermore, you can buy skill mastery capes once level 99 or 120 in a skill has been achieved. You are allowed to complete their respective tasks, too."

Addition to rule #5

“The 5-tier benefit restrictions to gear, Prayer, Herblore and Summoning do not apply to the bosses mentioned above, nor to raids. This means, for instance, that easy tier players are OK to raid with elite tier players, without anyone having to gear down.”

New Segment under rule #7

Lost items You are allowed to obtain dupes of any non-consumable minigame item, as soon as you have obtained the item at least once before during an active task. There is no distinction made between distraction and diversions and minigames. All are considered minigames.

Unlocks

Deleted

• Deleted the unlock allowing you to manage the Kingdom of Miscellania, as it was redundant. Nothing stops you from doing that anyway.
• Deleted the unlock allowing you to search for clues at the bottom of your aquarium, as it was redundant. Nothing stops you from doing that anyway.
• Deleted the unlocks allowing you to buy tickets, bombs and bonus experience from Cabbage Facepunch Bonanza, as they were redundant. Nothing stops you from doing that anyway.

Added

• Added an unlock to the task to “Create an Ancient gizmo containing the Scavenging 4 perk” allowing you to keep a stack of 10 of each kind of gizmo.
• Added an unlock to the task to “Fill Dave's Spellbook with 100 of each teleport tablet”, allowing you to restock (up to 100) each tablet.
• Added an unlock to the task to “Unlock the 10th tier of reputation with the Worker district of Menaphos“, allowing you to complete City quests whenever, until all gems have been obtained.

Changed

• Changed the unlock allowing you to do Gnome restaurant for Grand seed pods, as it could use a wider application, allowing you to do the minigame whenever your active task would benefit from its rewards.
• Changed the unlock allowing you to kill the Abomination 7 times a week, as it could use a wider application, allowing you to kill it whenever.
• Changed the unlock allowing you to restock on dreadnips and dominion gloves once you have run out, as it could use a wider application, allowing you to work on and restock any reward from the Dominion Tower.
• Changed an unlock to the task to “Buy a chapel and construct an altar in your Player-Owned House“, allowing you to build and upgrade rooms and items in your PoH and construct Hidey Holes.
• Combined the unlock for 100.000 charges in pack and generator into one.
• Combined the unlock for 200.000 charges in pack and generator into one.
• Combined the unlock for 300.000 charges in pack and generator into one.
• Combined the unlock for 400.000 charges in pack and generator into one.
• Combined the unlock for 500.000 charges in pack and generator into one.

Honorable mentions

Removed the restrictions on the Legiones tasks forcing you to skip the bosses you've already obtained the pet and signet from, as killing them is working towards boss-thresholds for the remaining Legios. This means that you can use any key you have, whenever you’re killing Legiones.
