Deliver the “Diary of Herbi Flax”, found on the shelves in the southwestern part of Morton, to the Apothecary in Varrock; upon completion it is in your POH Bookcase. Secondly, cure Razmire Keelgan and Ulsquire Shauncy permanently of their affliction using a Serum 208. This requires a Herblore level of 15.
