The Goblin Champion can be defeated after obtaining the Goblin Champion Scroll. This is a 1/5000 drop from Goblins.
Recommended is to kill the Goblins near the Goblin's house using Magic as the choice of weapon.
It is also recommended to use as many AOE abilities as possible. Good hint of what your revolution bar should look like can be obtained at Multi-target Slayer Revolution Bars.
If you have unlocked Charos' clue carrier it might be good idea to uncap your easy clues as you reach the hardcap(25/50), to help you with the future easy clue unique tasks.
