| Obtaining the book requires completion of the Evil Dave's Big Day Out quest. Making the tabs requires a Construction level of 67 as well as completion of the Watchtower and Biohazard quests. | |

- 50,000gp (if you do not have a Study in your PoH already)
Tablets
- 600 Soft clay
- 800 Law rune
- 1400 Air rune
- 300 Water rune
- 300 Earth rune
- 100 Fire rune
Elemental staves can be used in place of runes.
