Baby yaks have a 1/3000 chance to spawn after killing a yak on Neitiznot, and will spawn with a chatbox message of "A baby yak starts baroo-ing." Left-clicking on it will pick it up and cause the achievement to pop. Even if you have a yak from another source such as the POF Trapper, you must get one via this method to get the achievement.
