The Elder Sword engram is an item used in the Memorial to Guthix Distraction and Diversion. It can be found at the Void Knights' Outpost, near the southeast corner, atop a barrel near the shore to the east of the bank. Click on your memory strands for a quick teleport to the Memorial of Guthix
