Overview[edit]

The following Skills and Quests are needed to complete the Easy Daemonheim diary (16 Achievements):

  • 23 Dungeoneering;
  • 10 Divination;
  • Either 7 Smithing or 8 Crafting.

Note: While the in game achievement interface shows a requirement of 30 in several Combat skills, this is not required.

You will also need the following items, all of which must be found within your Dungeoneering floors:

  • 10 novite ore or 12 Protomastyx hide or 12 salve cloth, all buyable from the Smuggler in the starting room;
  • Materials to summon a familiar (1 gold charm and 1 novite ore at 1 Summoning);
  • Any food;
  • A Ring of Kinship.

To get to Daemonheim for the first time, either take a ferry from the dock behind the bank in Taverley, or from the dock between Al Kharid bank and Lumbridge Swamp. When you get there, talk to the Dungeoneering tutor to obtain the Ring of Kinship. This has a teleport option that will take you to Daemonheim.

Achievements[edit]

Fashion Victim Wear a full suit of any tier 1 armour (helm, body, legs, boots, gloves). None Wear the armour you've just made.
It's Dangerous to go Alone Complete a medium dungeon in complexity mode 6. None Ironmen need to complete a medium sized dungeon with Tier 6 complexity to complete this achievement.
Gorajo Fandango Use a combat familiar to help fight a boss using their standard attacks. None Use a combat familiar to help fight a boss using their standard attacks inside a Dungeoneering floor. A combat familiar could be either a bloodrager, a deathslinger or a stormbringer. A cub bloodrager pouch can be made at 1 Summoning with a gold charm and novite ore.
Kitchen Aid Attempt to feed a Dungeoneering familiar. None Try to feed a familiar. Information on how to summon one is in the achievement above.
The Lone Dungeoneer Complete a dungeon, solo None
Dere-licked Complete an abandoned floor on any complexity, solo. 23 Dungeoneering Abandoned floors can be found on Dungeoneering floors 12-17.
Take It From the Top Reset your current floor progress. 2 Dungeoneering You can reset your progress through your Ring of Kinship. It is recommended to complete all available Dungeoneering floors before resetting the floor progress. This will lead to the best xp and token rates at all levels of Dungeoneering.
Change of a Dress Switch to another bind loadout. 20 Dungeoneering To bind an item, right-click it and choose the bind option. Then select the "bind-setup" option on the Smuggler who can be found in the starting room of a Dungeoneering floor. Here the player can create different bind loadouts. For the achievement, you must bind at least 2 items.

To complete the achievement the player has to either load a different bind loadout or change their current binds and then load their loadout by pressing the arrow on the right side.

You're Not the Boss of Me Defeat the boss on floor 1, solo. None This achievement can be completed at any complexity, although it is easiest to complete on complexity 1.
A Road Less Travelled Pass the guards guarding the Wilderness entrance. None It is recommended to teleport to Daemonheim, exit to the Wilderness, and then re-enter to minimise time spent in the Wilderness. You cannot pass the gates whilst under attack. While doing this achievement it is recommended to bring absolutely nothing, since anything that you bring can be lost upon death in the Wilderness.
Invisible Ink Use a ring of kinship on a fire within a dungeon. None Use a ring of kinship on a player made fire inside a Dungeoneering floor. Branches can be bought from the Smuggler as well as being obtained from drops and trees.
Untouchable Complete a floor without dying, solo None Don't die.
Sinking Fast Locate a sinkhole. None Locate a Sinkhole. Sinkholes can be started by talking to Talsar located in the Daemonheim camp. Clicking on the entrance will complete this achievement.
Tales of Old Complete a Fremennik Saga (abridged or unabridged) after talking to Skaldrun. 6 Dungeoneering You do NOT need the t30 combat stats that the in-game diary says that you need. Before you can start these sagas, you have to rescue Skaldrun from the Frozen floors first (floors 1-11)
A Flicker in Darkness Use a crater to convert a memory of tier 2 or higher to energy. 10 Divination (Boostable) Use a crater to convert a memory of tier 2 or higher to energy in the starting room of a Dungeoneering floor.

Memories can be gathered from the same type of wisp, which are randomly found in dungeons. Flickering energy is the energy unlocked at 10 Divination.

Rewards[edit]

Upon completion of the achievements, talk to Drangund the Dungeoneering tutor, located at the camp just outside Daemonheim, indicated by the green star on the map. He will give you a 2000xp lamp for a skill level 23 or higher (if you do not have a skill you can use it on, you must use it on the first skill that reaches 23, or destroy the lamp), some coins, and the Daemonheim aura 1, which has the following perks:

  • A consequence-free death in a dungeon (once per day);
  • Ability to set a secondary role for the ring of kinship, giving its effect with 25% effectiveness;
  • Ability to choose which boss is faced in a dungeon, based on your current floor (once per day);
  • Heim crab cosmetic main- and off-hand melee weapon override.
