Possible Perks[edit]
While any skill can be chosen for levelling, not all skills have the same amount of benefit that can be derived from this task. For more completeness, several skills that have minor benefits are listed here just in case you are interested.
It should be noted that the softcap for normal skills in Easy tier is 50, allowing for an extra 20 levels on the chosen skill. The 120 skills have a softcap at 60, only allowing for an extra 10 levels. Combat skills are expected to hit level 70 in Easy tier, and you are unlikely to find use in using this task on them.
Construction[edit]
Construction unlocks mostly come in 2 flavors: saving bank space, and allowing head starts on tasks. Bank space is something that can be hard to come across in certain stages of the taskman challenge, but these upgrades are somewhat minor compared to the final tier costume room unlock and invention can do. The other unlocks mostly help with passive tasks, but there are other benefits, such as getting more gems from the aquarium oysters.

Divination[edit]
While divination only has one useful unlock due to levelling, it is a somewhat popular choice for players that prefer to level their divination slowly via Guthixian caches. These allow both for completing passive tasks for the outfit, but also let players actively avoid training the skill.
It should be noted that the Sign of the porter IV is the lowest level porter that can be created using memory shards. These can be gained through farming with the correct perk setup from the Guthix Memorial. This means jewelry is not required.

Summoning[edit]
While this task does not allow for gathering supplies via other skills, player will naturally gain charms through combat for other tasks, and familiarization can be used to acquire secondaries. Penguin points may also be used to assist in levelling. Players who have obtained the secondaries for the higher tier beast of burden unlocks can use them to great advantage in combat, particularly the GWD1 boss fights. Using these extra inventory spaces can significantly speed up tasks by extending trips and reducing the number of times a player needs to get killcount for boss access.

Herblore[edit]
As a 120 skill, herblore only benefits from gaining 10 extra levels with this task.
The super potions unlocked here can also be purchased on Mazcab, but that can get a bit expensive if you get bad luck on drops. Antifires are also nice for killing dragons, and the farming potions are good too. These aren't that most impressive unlocks, but they can act as a bit of a quality of life upgrade. This does require that you already have the secondaries for creating these potions while levelling, as you cannot gather them otherwise. Farming runs can be used to help get herbs. Herby Werby can also be used to train and work toward passive tasks.
