Torstol can be acquired from opening the crystal chest in Taverly, killing Salarin the Twisted for sinister key drops to open the sinister chest in Yanille Agility Dungeon, catching Nature Implings with the appropriate unlock, killing Chaos Witches in ED4 (The Zamorakian Undercity), or by farming them with 85 Farming.
