Rules Updates[edit]

Changed rule 2.G to no longer allow the use of experience-boosting items providing more than a 10% increase in experience on non-experience-requiring tasks, unless the item has additional benefits to your task.
Added rule §9.3 “Construction” allowing you to, when you require the experience, convert your logs into planks and chop logs, provided you don’t have any of that type in your possession, to make planks for Construction experience.
Added rule §9.9 “Firemaking”, allowing you to, when you require the experience, burn any log you possess and chop logs, provided you don’t have any of that type in your possession, for Firemaking experience.
Added rule §9.11 “Fletching” allowing you to, when you require the experience, fletch any log you possess and chop logs, provided you don’t have any of that type in your possession, for Fletching experience.
Added rules §9.4 Cooking, §9.6 Divination, §9.13 Hunter, §9.15 Necromancy, §9.21 Thieving and §9.22 Woodcutting, all stating: There are no special rules or exceptions for this skill at present, outside of its associated unlocks.
Removed rule 9.15 “Woodcutting” as it has been changed into 3 new rules.

Added an unlock to the task to "Throw a total of 10M GP into the Whirlpool at the Deep Sea Fishing Hub for good RNG", allowing you to actively work towards the "Ruler of the Sea" passive task.
Changed the unlock allowing you to participate in all activities in the Circus, whenever, to only allow it as long as doing so grants you a chance at a new, unique outfit piece.

Added a task to "Mine all the sapphire rocks in the cave from the Tale of Muspah quest".

Moved a task to "Find every Aviansie spirit in the Stormguard Citadel" from the Hard tier to the Medium tier.
Moved a task to "Fly beyond the limits of the Stormguard Citadel" from the Hard tier to the Medium tier.
Moved a task to "Find every Aviansie spirit in the Stormguard Citadel" from the Hard tier to the Medium tier.
