| The feather is hidden in Senntisten. From the chamber of the Elder God Eggs, head out the western door. When you reach Nex, go north until you come to Valluta (the Giant Tortoise). He is looking at the feather with his left eye. The feather is situated on a box (barricade) underneath a sack. It is very very very very very tiny. The chest the feather must be returned to can be found inside a house directly west (down the stairs) of where the feather was found. Interact with the chest. | |
